The blue arrow doesn't show my direction correctly, or there is no blue arrow shown on my Avatar, what can I do?

Resolution

The direction information shown by the blue arrow is derived from Gyro sensor of your phone. If your phone doesn't have a Gyro sensor, you won't be able to use this feature. Please check your phone's specification if there is no blue arrow shown on  your Avatar during live tracking.

If the blue arrow doesn't show your direction correctly, you may need to calibrate it. Please follow the steps in the link below to calibrate your iPhone or Android device.

Causes

1. No Gyro sensor;
