When scanning the device ID, it says device already activated, what can I do?
- Check if it has been registered to someone else's account. If that is the case and you'd like to register the tracker to your account, ask the account holder of the tracker to remove it from their account. For how to remove a tracker from an account, visit How do I de-activate my Pawfit tracker? Once the tracker has been removed from the other account, you can scan the ID to register it to your own account.
