How do I activate my Pawfit tracker?

If you have not got the Pawfit App installed, please go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for the Pawfit App and install it on your smartphone. Follow the registration wizard to register your Pawfit account. During the registration of your pet, you will be prompted to activate your Pawfit tracker.

If you have already had a Pawfit account, please open the Pawfit App, sign in to your Pawfit account and tap 'Add pet' on the Profile screen to add a new pet profile and register your tracker to it.

If you have already had a Pawfit account and a pet profile, please open the Pawfit App, sign in to your Pawfit account, go to 'Profile > Pet profile > Tracker settings > Tracker ID', tap the scan button to scan the QR code on the back of your tracker or type in the 8-character tracker ID to activate it.

Before activating your tracker, please make sure the tracker is switched on and connected to a network. How do I know if my Pawfit is online or not?
