How do I know if my Pawfit is online or not?
Make sure that the Pawfit device is switched on. Press the power button, if the LED flashes blue it indicates that it is online and flashing red indicates offline. If the device has just been switched on, please allow 60 seconds for it to connect before checking.
You may also check the network status of your tracker by checking the status card on the Main screen through the App. If the status card is greyed out, it indicates that the device has been offline for more than 15 minutes. There could be a delay for the status card to be updated if your tracker has just been switched on, the delay is normally a few seconds. If it is taking longer than that, restart the App or please check your phone connection.
