How do I check the battery level of my Pawfit tracker?

Answer

Pawfit 3 and Pawfit 3s

The battery levels are indicated in 10 levels and show a percentage. (e.g. 90%, 50%)

Pawfit 2

The battery levels are indicated in 3 levels and show a bar. (e.g 1 bar, 2 bars, 3 bars)

You can check your battery level on your pet's status card. If the battery level drops down to 0 , there will be a little red cross on the battery symbol. You will also receive a low battery alert from the App. The LED on the tracker flashes red once per 10 seconds to indicate the battery is critically low and to remind you to charge it immediately.
