Where can I find my device ID?

Answer

The device ID is 8 characters long. Each device ID is unique and can be found via the following:

1. On the back of the device;
2. On the bottom of the packaging box;
3. Through the App at 'Profile > The pet profile that the tracker is registered to > Tracker settings > Device ID', if it has been activated;
