The activity data is not very accurate, what can I do?

Resolution

Pawfit calculates the number of steps that your pet has taken by measuring the acceleration pattern of your pet with using accelerator. To achieve a more accurate result, please make sure that the tracker is attached to your pet tightly and securely. This is to ensure that the movement of the tracker is fully synchronised with your pet's movement. 

Causes

1. Tracker is in loose state on pet.
2. The information that you input regarding your pet: breed, weight etc.
