How do I change my subscription payment method?

Answer

To change your payment method for the upcoming payment, auto-renewal will need to be switched off (if it has been enabled at set-up). This can be done by opening the Pawfit App and heading to Profile > User Profile > Pawfit Subscription > Select the Subscription card > Switch off auto-renewal.

You can then choose to renew the subscription with a new payment method on the same screen or wait until the subscription is due to expire to renew it.
