How to delete your Pawfit app account?

Answer

For security reasons, you'll need to be able to log in to your Pawfit app to request deletion.

To permanently delete your account from the Pawfit app, please follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your account in the Pawfit App.
2. Tap Profile > User Profile > Settings > About Pawfit > Account Control.
3. Tap Delete account, then tap Yes.

Please note that your account and all your information will be permanently deleted immediately, and you won't be able to retrieve your information. After your account is deleted, you can sign up again with the same user name.
