What is temperature alert?

Pawfit continuously monitors the ambient temperature and alerts you if the temperature becomes either too high or too low. This is particularly useful in instances such as leaving your dog in car on a hot summer day. 

You can edit and change the temperature alert threshold at Profile > Your pet’s profile > Advanced settings > Temperature alert. You can set the high temperature threshold to +40°C, +50°C and +60°C, while low temperature threshold to 0°C and -10°C.

Please note that because the temperature sensor is embedded inside the device, the temperature it reports is actually from the inside of the device, which as a result might have a few degrees difference from the outside temperature - due to the heat generated from the electronics components. The more tasks the tracker runs, the greater the difference.
