My Pawfit 2/3 sounds very distorted or quiet, what can I do?

Resolution

Please check to see if there is any water or sand left inside the housing of the speaker as they could affect the volume and sound quality. If there is mud or sand left in the speaker holes, please rinse it with water and shake vigorously to shake the sand and water out. Please wait until it has finished drying and check again.

If the problem still persists, please contact support for further advice. A video showing the distorted sound may be requested.
