Can I lift the 2 hour Walk limit?
Answer
If you are on a basic plan, the limit can't be changed. However, you can choose to upgrade to a premium plan. If you are a premium subscriber, you can extend the walk duration limit to 4 or 6 hours in the Walk settings. The maximum duration is set to help manage data usage, yu will be prompted through the App before the walk is due to end.
You will be able to restart a new walk after the previous one has ended. Please refer to the image below for how to start/stop your walk:
