Symptoms

My tracker has been charged for a whole night, but the LED is still showing red, what can I do?

Resolution

1. Check if the adapter has 5V/0.5-2.1A output.
2. Try again with a different USB adapter or socket.
3. Stains on the copper contacts.
4. Turn off the device and charge it again.

[Confirm damages]

Please confirm if there are any noticeable damages to the tracker. Please send us a picture showing the front, the back and the button side of the tracker.

[Confirm contacts are clean]

Check if there are any stains on the copper contacts on the back of your device and if so could you give it a clean and try again?

[Confirm charging condition]

Please confirm if you always charge the tracker when it is completely dry. By charging the tracker wet, this could cause the tracker to short circuit.

Causes

1. Using incompatible USB adapter, i.e. laptop USB port not supplying enough current.
2. Fluctuation in current.
3. Tracker put on charge when wet.
4. Clean the copper contacts.
5. External damages.
6. Possible device fault.
