Why is my referral code not working?

Symptoms

Why is my referral code not working? When using the referral code, it says the code has already expired.

Resolution

The referral code can only be applied on new accounts and new Pawfit trackers. Check out full terms of the programme at https://www.pawfit.com/referral-programme.html.

Apply the code to new Pawfit account with new Pawfit tracker. 

Causes

1. The referred friend already has a Pawfit account with at least one Pawfit tracker registered to it;
2. The Pawfit that the referred friend is trying to activate has already been activated or subscribed;
3. The referral code has been invalidated due to violations on policies.
