What can I do when my tracker is lost?
Pawfit offers a few features such as live tracking and sound tracking to help you locate your lost device.
Live tracking refreshes the location of the tracker every 5 seconds and also forces the GPS module to stay active for 10 minutes. To learn how to turn on live tracking please refer to: What is live tracking and how do I enable it?
Once live tracking has been enabled and STRONG GPS a location is returned, as you get closer to the location, please enable the alarm. What is sound tracking and how do I enable it?
Alternatively, you can go to the last location that had a STRONG GPS shown on the history screen.
