How do I reset my Pawfit tracker?
If your Pawfit tracker experiences a hardware fault which should not occur normally, i.e. the light is on all the time or no normal response when pressing the power button, please try the following steps to reset it.
- Place the device in the charging dock for 30 minutes. You can skip this step if your tracker has just been charged.
- Take the device out from the charger and reset it by pressing and holding the power button for 15 seconds; If it is powered on instead, please go to step 4.
- Turn on the device by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds until you hear ‘hi welcome to Pawfit’.
- Wait 60 seconds then press the power button. If the LED flashes blue, please place it back in the charger until it is full charged, then you can use it as usual again.
