How do I de-activate my Pawfit tracker?
Before de-activating the tracker, the audio ID can be removed. Pease make sure the device is switched on and connected to the network while the audio ID is being de-activated. To learn how to delete the audio ID, please visit How do I update the audio ID?
Please go to Profile > Your pet’s profile > Tracker settings > Device ID and tap the ‘Remove’ button.
To keep all of your history before de-activating the device, please ensure you have the Pawfit App updated to the latest version. You can check the App store or Playstore to ensure it is up to date. Once this is done, please then open the Pawfit App and check your history and activity to ensure you can see this. You can then proceed to de-activating the tracker.
