I paid my subscription, but the App was exited accidentally. How do I resume the activation process?
- Make sure the device is fully charged and switched on. How do I know if my Pawfit is online or not?
- Open the Pawfit App, sign in your Pawfit account, navigate to ‘Profile->Your pet profile->Advanced settings->Device ID’, tap the Scan button to scan the QR code on the back of your device to resume the activation process.
- App killed by operating system;
- App crashed;
- Payment failed.
